Beauty

When a person possesses inner beauty, he or she has traits that make others feel comfortable and at ease. While outer beauty can make someone feel obligated to talk to a person who is beautiful on the outside, their personalities might not match the outside and could cause somebody to feel threatened and anxious.
Many characteristics can describe inner beauty. Empathy, loyalty, respect, kindness, and acceptance are just a few traits that make a person beautiful on the inside. Knowing if someone has a positive essence about them isn’t too difficult to sense.
When a person is empathetic, they can relate to a situation that someone else has had. Communicating with someone who can understand what one is going through could be very beneficial.  When someone can offer advice or support, they can help somebody deal with a situation that they might be having trouble with.
Loyalty is when someone stays completely faithful to another and will never betray anyone. With any relationship, family, friend or romantic, loyalty is something that should be reliable. When someone isn’t loyal, trust is lost and it becomes hard for anyone to rely on the betrayer, leaving them alone majority of the time.
Respect is when no matter what someone else does, no questions are asked and there is no disapproval. Being acquainted with a person who completely approves of one’s choices and actions can be a breath of fresh air, since judgment is a common trait within humans. Living with respect is blissful to others and should be a more common attribute.
Kindness is being selfless and taking other’s feelings into consideration.  With everything done, consideration should be thought about. How others are going to feel and doing what will satisfy everyone else’s wants and needs is known as kindness, and is a quality that is much appreciated.
Acceptance is the ability to take one for who they are. Knowing someone’s mistakes and flaws and still refusing to reject them is a manner that makes others feel relieved. Being accepted by one person can make one feel protected from all of the others who judge them and make him or her feel neglected.
Treating someone else with inner beauty qualities can help them to gain those same qualities. The more those positive qualities are inherited, the more people will learn to be courteous instead of uncivil. Personalities will be evolved into tolerable and admirable ones.
Now looking at outer beauty. There are also many ways to describe outer, as there were with inner beauty. Outer beauty is the way one looks. Body figure, facial structure, and hair style are familiar identities of what defines beauty.
Body figure is the way one is shaped. Weight, length, and proportions of the body are what make up a body’s shape. Some people are short and weight heavy, while others are tall and thin. Whether or not a person’s body is balanced or beautiful is all up to the eye of the beholder.
Facial structure is the way a person’s lips, nose, chin, and eyes are placed on his or her face. Some noses are big, others small. Lips come in all shapes and sizes, as well as eyes. Humans have a tendency to judge a person on what their face looks like, and usually will decide if they like that person or not, based upon just looks.
Hair style is a way that people express their individual style. Short hair suites some better than others, as well as long, dark colored, light colored or multi-colored hair look better on someone else.  A person’s hair either draws attention or is completely ignored. It’s a way to describe how the owner of the hair wants to be recognized, looked at or looked past.
There is an infinite amount of ways to describe inner and outer beauty. While inner beauty is a more honorable trait, humans usually judge their peers on their looks. Some people’s inner beauty matches their outer beauty, others not so much. One should get to know a person before they place any kind of judgment on them.

'Musicians'

Music today should be judged on quality, not just theatrics.
The performers today that are called “artists” don’t all deserve that title. If someone it the music industry can’t play an instrument, write their own music, or sing well without auto-tune they don’t deserve to have a record label or contract to any corporation. An artist is someone who can alter the emotions of people through valuable presentations and ideas that they created themselves.
The music industry today doesn't focus on the ability of a singer or performers real vocal talent. It seems as if all they are concerned about is what a person looks like and if they can be outrageous during his or her performances. Someone dancing to choreography composed by somebody else or singing another person’s lyrics isn't talent.
Many young people today don’t care about how valuable a music artist is.  They just want to be entertained. Some of the men and women in the music industry today can’t carry a tune when they sing live, but that doesn't appear to matter. As long as he or she is theatrical the fans aren't concerned with how they sound.
In order to be considered worthy of winning an award for any album, the voice that is on it should be just as good off the record as it is on it. During award shows live performances are given, some awful, some fantastic. Surprisingly enough the awards given usually go to those whose performances weren't at all honorable. Occasionally the singers who actually are well reputable receive awards, it should just happen more often.
The record labels that sign these so called artists should really consider changing their standards and qualifications before signing someone to a label. The process in signing a singer to a label should require proof of self-written music, the ability to play at least one instrument, and he or she must have stage presence. Without any of those qualities, a musician can’t necessarily be called one.
Those who are in the music business today aren't all deserving of the fame they have gained. There are some artists that do belong where they are in the business, and they don’t deserve to be related to the fake musicians that they are associated with. Fame and fortune should have to be fought for and received with honor, not just attained by using schemes from a mind other than his or her own.
